فتحت النيابة العامة اللبنانية تحقيقاً في كيفية نقل علي كيالي، القائد السابق لميليشيا سورية والمعروف بمعراج أورال، من بلدة المنصورية إلى سوريا، بحسب وكالة أسوشييتد برس.

وقالت الاستخبارات السورية إنها أوقفته واتهمته بالمسؤولية عن مجزرة بانياس عام 2013. ويؤكد «اللوبي اللبناني» أن السيادة اللبنانية والقضاء اللبناني وحدهما يقرران أي تسليم.
